                                                            Method of preparation
INGREDIENTS

Dressed chicken                                     : 1 kg 
Garlic                                                     : 25gm ( Chopped )
Ginger                                                    : 25gm ( Chopped )
Green chilli                                             :  25gm ( Chopped )
Tomato                                                  : 2 Nos ( Sliced )
Big onion                                               : 1 cup ( Chopped )
Saras fortified chicken masala                 :  6 Table spoon 
Curry leaves                                           :  As required 
Salt                                                       :   As required 

Now let's start !!!!

Heat little oil in a cooking pan & saute chopped onion,  ginger, garlic and green chilli till brown colour. Add  sliced tomato, saras fortified chicken curry masala,  chicken pieces, little water and salt to taste. Mix well and cook on a low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Tips

Marinate chicken pieces  with half of the quantity of saras fortified chicken masala & little hot water and keep a side for 10 to 15 minutes.
Temper with little mustard and curry leaves to enhance the taste and flavour
Add one cup of coconut milk and open cook for extra taste and flavour.
