                                                      Method of preparation

Ingredients : 

fish                                              :   1 kg
Garlic                                           :    1 Table spoon ( Chopped )
Ginger                                          :    1 Table spoon ( Chopped )
Green chilli                                   :     1 Nos
Tomato                                         :     2 Nos  (Sliced)
Cocum                                          :     2 pieces
Saras fortified red fish masala      :     8 Table spoon
Curry leaves                                 :     As required
Salt                                               :     As required

                          Method of preparation

Now let's start !!!!

Mix saras fortified red fish masala,chopped ginger,garlic, green chilli,  tomato, cocum, and salt with required quantity of water and then boil.. After boiling add 1 kg cleaned fish pieces into it.. open cook on low fire till desired consistency reached.


  • Marinate with half of the quantity Saras fortified red fish masala with little hot water and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Pour 1 table spoon coconut oil on top of the curry after cooking to enhance  flavour and taste
  • Add fried onion, curry leaves to enhance taste
