How to use 

Preparation method for ginger curry 

Heat 40 gm cooking oil in a pan &  add  Mustard seed,  curry leaves & crushed chilli. Add 25 gm Chopped green chilli and 100 gm Saras ginger paste. Fry well on a low flame. Add 20 gm Saras coconut varuthara paste, 30 gm tamarind pulp, 30 gm jaggery and 30 gm salt. Add a dash of asafoeitda and cook till the oil cames out.
