INGREDIENTS


Meat                                             :     500 gm
Saras meat masala                        :     2 Table spoon
Ginger                                           :     25 gm
Garlic                                            :     25 gm
Onion                                      :     75 gm
Green chilli                                    :      2 Nos
Coconut ( Chopped )                       :     1 Cup
  
  
Now let's start !!!!
Mix  meat pieces with crushed ginger, garlic, green chilli, chopped onion and salt to taste.. Add  Saras  meat masala & little water and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Then cook this mixture in a preasure cooker till the meat become soft. Temper with mustard and curry leaves in little oil &  serve hot...
