Method of Preparation:
Cook 100g, Toordal in a pressure cooker. Add 250g of cut assorted vegetable, juice of one fistful of tamarind, a 3table spoon of Saras Sambar Powder and salt to taste and cook on fire with an open lid. Oil-fried mustard seeds, fried red chilly may be added.
