RECIPE:
Take 600 g dressed chicken in a pressure cooker, add half the content of this pouch and cook for 3 whistles. Add rest of the gravy in the pouch and boil till a thick gravy is obtained.
Wash and drain 1.2 kg good quality Basmati Rice. Fry 200g Ghee or Vasmathy. Boiled 2.4-litre water (12 cups) with 12 cloves 16 cardamoms, 4-inch piece of cinnamon, 2 Star anise, 2 teaspoons Lime Juice and approx 20 gm salt. Add the fried rice and cook till rice is done.
Arrange Rice and chicken in Layer in a vessel. optionally colour by sprinkling turmeric in a milk solution. Garnish with fried onion and chopped mint leaves.
