How to Cook
Step 1 : Add 1 cup of Saras Dosa Podi to 1 1/2 cups of water and stir well to make a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours.
Note: Grind 1/2 cup of boiled rice in a mixer grinder and add to the batter for softer Dosas.
Step 2 : Mix the batter with sufficient amount of salt. Pour and spread it on a frying pan and allow the batter to cook.
Step 3 : Delicious Saras Dosa is ready to use.
