Method of preparation:
pressure cook 500 g. dressed chicken pieces with entire contents of Saras Chicken Masala paste for 3 whistles
Open cook for a few minutes till the desired gravy consistency is obtained. Add little lime juice for better taste. (Garnish with coriander leaves).
Tips: If loose gravy is preferred add 1 cup (200ml) water before cooking. To make less spicy increase the chicken to above 750g. open cooking is also possible with an additional quantity of water (about 1 cup)
