Recipe:
Dress 500 gm clean fish, cut into fillet for large fish or make slits for small fish. Smear with sufficient quantity of Saras Fish Fry Masal paste. Keep aside for 10 to 30, minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry both sides till brown and fairly crisp.
