Recipe:
Take 1 kg. Dressed and cleaned fish. add the entire contents of SarasKerala Fish Curry paste and 3cups (600 ml)water. Boil till the fish gets cooked and required gravy consistency is obtained (10-15 minutes).
Tips:
Optionally add coconut milk or tomato paste to suit your taste. If loose gravy is preferred, add more water before cooking. to make less spicy, increase the quantity of fish to about 1.25 kg.
